Can you softmod Xbox 360's without the splintercell hack ?

I've read several forums on soft moding Xbox the all involve using a hack that involves buying hard to find old games. I was just wondering if someone has figured another way like With the Wii twilight hack.Can you softmod Xbox 360's without the splintercell hack ?
Yeah, the old forums can be misleading. All of those tutorials you read are for the original xbox. It requires an exploited game save to be on your hard drive and one of three games to load the exploit.



For the 360 you should look into the tjag hack, most 360's can't use the jtag hack because you need an older dash (one lower than 2.0.8). If you have been playing on your 360 right along and have the latest dash you can not do the jtag.

You're pretty much installing a parallel port on your xbox so you can flash the bios on the nand chip.
