okay so im the leader of a clan with 200 members now,and my advice would be

1)only invite people you know to start with

2)ask them to invite freinds

3)get a reputation

4)people will request to join

5)accept every one

6)boot those with out the game or who dont follow your rules

7)get some-one who can make forums to make you one (you dont want a fail forum)
