Does anyone know if a Pinnacle Dazzle recorder records xbox 360 gameplay at 60hz? Is it easy to set up?

I've seen a few forums where people record Xbox 360 gameplay but it never says 50 or 60hz! It seems to just connect through video cables but I'd rather get a bit more info before buying something else to try.
