Could I Make a free xbox live report to file a repair forum?

My xbox broke yesterday (three rings of death) and need to sign in to do that. I forgot my email and I can't figure it out. I call xbox support and they couldn't find it because I lost most of my information. So the only hope is to make a free one and file a repair forum there. I've had the rrod TWO freaking times now, the first time It was in warranty - but I didn't want to wait 6-8 weeks so I fixed it myself. It took an hour.

After I fixed it the first time - about a year later it RROD'D AGAIN for me, I fixed it again myself and it's been perfect since then.
