Is there actually a newer, fixed version of Xbox 360?

I've heard in forums but not anywhere officially that there are newer Xbox 360s that are fixed and don't get the Red Ring of Death. But I bought mine in August of 2007 and only four months later it died. Is it a rumor that there are fixed Xboxs on the market? Is there actually a newer, fixed version of Xbox 360?
Yes there are new Xbox 360's. Here is how you can find out. There is a white sticker on the side of the box. You have to have these things:

1. Lot #: 734 or higher

2. Team: FDOU

3. MFD: 8/24/07 or later

4. 175W

Just because these are newer 360's doesn't mean they aren't going to get the RRoD. All 360's have that chance. It's just that the newer ones have lesser of a chance. Is there actually a newer, fixed version of Xbox 360?
Yeah all of the new Halo 3 x box 360 versions have a chip put in them to help it out in all sorts of ways. They only put in the halo 3 versions to kinda "test" it out. and from what i heard it works great. Is there actually a newer, fixed version of Xbox 360?
All new 360 consoles have a new mobo and 65nm chipset that runs much cooler then the originals. They are working on a new mobo called Jasper with a 45nm chipset.
