I got banned from xbox live communication 2 days ago because I got mad at microsoft because I couldn't find out why I was banned for 1 week. I thought that would mean 24 hours so I waited til the next day at the same time and I checked, still banned. But the little message didn't pop up saying I was banned. So I tried to join my friends party and it said parties were blocked. And since I have a child account I went to family settings signed onto my dad's account and unblocked them. Then it signed me out and said the next time I sign in the changes will take effect so I did and it is still blocked. So then I thought it was one day like you lose 1 turn in monopoly so now I still can't message people and that kind of stuff. My xbox doesn't say I'm banned so what do I do?Xbox Live communication ban?
Just wait three days, and if you are still blocked from communications contact customer support.

but seriously... if your going to break the terms and agreements then you shouldn't complain about being bannedXbox Live communication ban?
READ TERMS OF AGREEMENT and code of conduct some time youll find out why you were banned soon enough
