Okay. My Verizon DSL is working fine. I'm getting 3360 kbits down and 864 kbits up. Everything is working fine with my DSL. But when I try to connect through the internet it's very slow. Even when I try to play on Xbox Live it's very slow. Now I know there isn't any viruses or spyware on my computers. Why am I getting a slow connection?Are there any internet computer forums that can help me?
Sounds like the problem is with Verizon, but reboot the modem for kicks. Completely unplug it and shut down all your computers for a minute, then replug in.
