first its an xbox 360.

Will xbox live work with these broadband speeds?

download speed- 575kbps

upload speed - 45.9kbps

my download should be ok but the upload is way to slow im wondering if i could still play online?

i saw someone on a forum saying that they had around the same for an old xbox but their different consoles thanks.Will xbox live work with these broadband speeds?

It should work but u might have lag problems but most people get some lagWill xbox live work with these broadband speeds?
Most people generally have very low upload speeds- perhaps not quite that low but you should find that you're fine with that speed- there isn't that much to upload in terms of data on xbox live to my knowledge :)

Your best bet is to give it a miss unless you have 2meg or higher as you will have lagging problems, and cause others you are playing with to lag as well.Will xbox live work with these broadband speeds?
That should be fine, I used to play fine on my old 2 meg connection and the download speeds were about 210kbps, so I don't see there being any problems, although the upload is a bit lower than usual as has been said.
