i just recently bought my xbox 360 and when i decide to go on it an error message shows up. so im like maybe its not real. then it shows up again so i know something is wrong. so i went on xbox forums and they said they will not answer my question because it is a console ban. but i never modded my xbox or never downloaded any thing illegal so im just wondering why would they do this to me.Just got console banned for no reason on xbox live?

if u purchased a used xbox from say ebay amazon it might be ban so the seller didn't told you about that how ever if u purchase a used xbox with this name Xbox 360 Refurbished then you can call if example you purchased the xbox on game stop and explain them what happened and they have to give you one new or give you your money back.Just got console banned for no reason on xbox live?
Did you buy it used? If you did, it probably had a modchip inside of it.
