Can I use a fighting stick for xbox live fighting games that isn't licensed by Microsoft?

Ok I want the Blazblue Continuum Shift tournament edition fight stick but it isn't licensed by Microsoft but it is by aksys...Which I think is who made Blazblue.



Anyways if I buy this can I use it to play online? Will I be banned if I do? It has turbo if I use that will I be banned?
